Hm, I used to have that problem too, and with my eyeshadow getting all gunked up on my lids because I have really oily skin, but a really good primer sorts that out (Ruby&Millie Face, Too-Faced Shadow Insurance, Urban Decay Primer Potion, anything like that, and I think they each run to about 10 quid, (18ish dollars) each so its really not too expensive!)

I find layering on the waterline really works, like, a layer of kohl, then a layer of powder, then a layer of liquid, then a layer of powder, etc. and not going right into the inner corner too, cause otherwise anything that comes out of your tear ducts will soak right into it and it goes way manky, and it all collects in the inner corner of my eye in a big gloopy lump so, I avoid tear ducts! or just pressing powder right into the lower lashes, missing out the actual waterline skin works too, also makes the eyes look bigger cause theres a gap between eyeball and lash, altho thats not a problem for you cause your eyes are really big! im so jealous lol.

One thing thats really good if you don’t have alot of money but want designer brands, is the internet, I’ve found so much really good stuff dead cheap on outlet websites or ebay or whatever :) long as you’re careful to avoid scams then its all good! I’m a student so sometimes I have more money than I know what to do with and sometimes I’m so skint I’m smoking roll-ups and eating cold baked beans lol.
